0%. I walk daily and Pilates.

Well, it just comes down to, what works for one doesn’t work for another. It’s a way of life that works for my lifestyle. It’s not a diet or a fad imo it’s just what I like. Just as CICO works for some and others can’t manage it. I say test out what works for you and go with it 😏

Find something that works for you. Something you can stick to throughout your lifetime. No quick and easy plans are successful in the long haul.... bummer, yes but it’s reality 🤪

Daily weigher 😬. I use happy scale and for me it helps me stay on track. It’s not in an obsessive way just something that works for me.

I personally do IF. I’ve not been much of a breakfast eater. During my eating time I still eat healthy and consider the calories I’m in-taking. The problem I have observed, is that when you are listening to the “experts”, they talk about during your feasting time calories don’t matter. Well in my opinion… That’s a big fat…

I add it to my coffee... not for weight loss but... well I’m aging 😬. My skin feels different. I set out to try it for 60 days to see if I could tell a difference and I have. So 1 scoop a day

Yes like 3/4lb.... nothing major. But my eating is right where I want so I figured the sore muscles are a result of not be lazy and getting up

I actually buy beef bacon from a local shop. Difference is there is less fat on it and more meat.
-
Yes Braggs, I used about 2 big tablespoons
-
Thanks @RoxieDawn that article gave me a new perspective
-
I do intend on starting walking... my treadmill is calling me
-
It has been, I’m good at starting things just not continuing though. I do have intentions of starting out walking though
-
Yep

My thoughts as well on the plateau, I’ve been in them before... My main objective is to lose consistently, if it’s 1/2lb or 2lbs I’m fine with that. I want it the healthy way
-
I’m 5’3, 242, I’d like to lose 100lbs.
-
I think it's what fits into your lifestyle... sometimes I'm on the treadmill at 10:30pm. But I'm getting some time in, not a morning person
-
I don't, but I'm not doing anything intense (just getting back in the swing of things). I look at the #that pops up but I think my Fitbit shows high for steps, IMO. So I appreciate them and thank them but I don't eat them :p
-
I bought mine from QVC... love it! I like how everything comes out crispy without oil. And it had a larger basket, a 5qt but I think they sell one that's a 3.5qt.

Being since we are all so different, there is no good answer. I currently am eating when hungry. So lunch is my first meal of the day, usually have an apple/babybel as a snack then dinner. All within my plan.

It's more about commitment than willpower. Dont over commit, choose one part of your life you want to work on. Focus just on that, once you have that pattern down add another ... like start with diet then add in a little exercise, even if it's just 10 or 15 minutes. I had to do this myself otherwise it was very…

- that I won't die if I've gone to bed a little hungry - I like planning and prepping meals - That this is my lifestyle and I'll have it forever - Eating right doesn't give me heartburn
-
Also, experiment with different seasonings to make them not bland.
-
I'd also say at least a 6qt. I use a Nesco brand but it doesn't have a timer. I also have an electric pressure cooker ... love it! A jar of sauce or salsa with frozen chicken breasts... yum
-
It's your life, your worth it. Be ready to commit to your lifestyle for life and don't let food control you, you control it. Find what works for your body i.e. CICO/LC/IF.... heck learn to eat when your hungry not what a clock says has been a game changer for me! It's not going to be easy and it's going to take time.…

Here is today..

I'm wanting to start learning/practicing yoga... thanks as well for the suggestions
-
Got it!! Made great baked potatoes... so much better than firing up the oven. Also, made meatballs in it, delish.
-
I did consider that but I'm doing IF and didn't want to eat after 8.
-
I like making things that I can freeze. So different soups or casseroles. So things like chili, inside out cabbage rolls, veggie soup... this way it's a grab and go and I have variety

Thanks, honestly for the replies. I usually just chose what MFP has already but had been reading other discussions about weighing foods and that was what prompted my question. :)
