Miso Soup

I’ve been making this the last few weeks... it’s my favorite lite dinner(I don’t get home until 7p from work, so I don’t eat a big meal). YumO

I add:
White miso, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, jalapeños, green onion, vegetable broth, firm tofu, snap peas, kelp noodles or the zero carb ones, aminos acids, cilantro and a drizzle of sesame oil at the end. It’s about 65 calories per cup.

    OMG that sounds and looks so good. imma have to try and make some. by amino acids do you mean bragg's aminos? also, i've never made miso soup, how much miso do you add? thank you.

    Yes Braggs, I used about 2 big tablespoons
