I probably have 120-160oz a day. I just like water and if I'm thirsty I drink. I have a hydroflask because I like cold water.

To agree with some of the above posters, if I feel like I want to snack on something I pop a strong minted gum in my mouth (mentos has a good one). I'd rather have 5 calories from that then whatever snack I was searching for

I personally am on a path to see what method of CICO works for me. The IF method may work it may not, still gonna try it :smiley: not everything works for everyone! What I love about life in general, if we were all the same it'd be boring but I'm sure we'd still disagree and find things to complain about or get offended by!

I'd love to lose 30lbs on a month but eating just that I'm pretty sure my hubby would leave or make me sleep in the car :wink: from personal experience losing too fast really sets you up to gain it all back. Be careful and eat well.. It takes time but getting healthy takes more effort than 28 days.

I made baked meatballs tonight, hubby had pasta, I had spaghetti squash mixed with 1/2c noodles. I like the squash he doesn't :smile:

I have at least 164oz a day... I don't drink it all at once but I do drink all day. Sometimes *gasp* I add a bit of crystal light or sweet water drops for a flavor treat! :smiley:
