Anyone else working a low sugar/low carb life?

For me, I've always done the best when I cut pasta, rice, breads etc. I've been doing well BUT I had chose to have WLS about 6 years ago and became a complete sweet addict. Almost 2 years ago I had to have my surgery reversed due to complications. It has left me with a serious sugar craving. It was easy to cut carbs back then because quite frankly you just could not eat them but anything sweet slid right down like a champ Do any of you have any good advice on breaking this bad habit?
