If you take a protein supplement (like maximuscle promax diet) it can help you retain the muscle you are building up and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. Also helps you not ache so much after exercise.

Diet products tend to contains aspartame whilst in the most part is not too harmful it can have some side effects.
