i;am in the same predictament im doing 60 minutes of cardio every day and still stuck and i gave up sweets sodas and red meats. i was also told working out you may gain at first because your building muscle.hope this is true as summer aproaches i would love to wear a swim suit to the beach

i hate my belly also did the crunches 200 a day and still have a belly any advice on how many or how often and how long it takes for them crunches to start working i look knocked up half the time help!

the best way to quit smoking is you have to want that change in your life i quit 11 months and two weeks ago i will be at my 1 year mark september 2nd.,it is hard work and dedication,and learning not to replace them smokes with food ,good luck
