    I just ate three of those, just the noodles and the seasonings without water. Great source of energy :

    That's exactly how I used to eat top ramen. Except 2 bricks (so 4 servings) and definitely not the spicy variety and DEFINITELY before I started counting calories. :)

    «If it fits your macros» :D . To me it's a good source of carbs and the bloating is less compared to whole wheat pasta.
