another tip on trainers...don't pay them to watch you do your cardio workout. plan to do your time on the treadmill or elliptical or stationery bike on your own time. plan the time with the trainer to be stuff you don't know how to do yourself. 30-minute training sessions cost less and can be very effective. best of luck!
