  • Same boat. I have gained 10 pounds in the last 4 months and I need to get more disciplined. I get exercise 5 days a week usually but I need to straighten out my nutrition and cut emotional eating. We can doooo this!!!

  • I am so glad you said this about "putting it back on." I became a bit lax over the winter months, not working out as regularly and eating more cheat meals than normal. The weight started coming back fast!!
  • For lunch I add strawberries, grapes, nuts and top with lowfat raspberry vinaigrette dressing. For dinner I like to add a little cottage cheese, french dressing and shredded cheese.

  • I agree with doing what works for you. I take measurements every couple of weeks but I weigh myself every morning. (A lot of people say not to weigh yourself every day.) Right now the scale is moving faster than my measurements, so it keeps me more motivated this way.
  • I had a lot of trouble not eating snacks late at night, so to solve that issue I have "banished" myself to my bedroom after a certain time and I'm not allowed to come out until morning lol. If I can't stay in my room for the night, I do everything I can to stay away from the kitchen. Remember "the floor is lava" challenge?…

  • Working out will actually help you with your exhaustion. You will have more energy and feel better overall with all those endorphins. You have 1.5 hours between your two jobs -- go for a walk between. Even if it's just 20 minutes. Sometimes it helps to just put your workout clothes on and "just do it." Take baby steps if…
