i know that you dont get as full when you eat 300 calories worth of m&m's instead of 300 calories oatmeal, but if you are willing to not feel as full and still eat the same amount of calories will you gain more weight?

grape nuts, 1/2 a cup will have you set for a while

the thing I do to burn calories is run on the treadmill with varying speeds Jump roping dosnt burn much, but it works your whole body and is not as boring

Just eating right, and if a food isnt good for me i dont eat it. I also am running daily. cutting back on portion size.

just had it. with a sandwich is a good meal, and a big bowl is only about 100 calories

Other than sit ups and pushups are there any other good body resistence exercises worth doing? when i go somewhere that dosnt have a treadmill or weights i often find that i dont keep up with my exercise

I have heard a lot about celery being a food that actually burns calories, because it has almost none in itself and it takes energy to digest. are there any other of these foods?
