  • I keep a bag of chocolate chips in the freezer, and anytime i get a sweet craving i grab a few (10-15) and eat them *slowly*... it usually helps
  • I have a splurge day (saturday) where, while I dont eat EVERYTHING in sight, i definitely dont eat like the rest of the week. There are those that say that a splurge day (if controlled) is a good thing. I need it for my mental health. I say dont worry about it with all the extra activity that you have.
  • I put it under 'calisthenics' (vigorous for me but it depends on what you put into it) - for the allotted time. I sometimes wear a heart monitor/calorie counter when i do the routines just to make sure the numbers are right - and make sure the numbers are close
