Wai..? Wha..? WEIRDOS. It belongs in lasagne or cheese sauce, eaten plain, OR my favourite, mixed with fresh chopped chives and onion powder.

I love to live short term in Scotland, Papua New Guinea, and maybe Spain. But I'm pretty happy here at home in New Zealand, =). I lived in Australia for awhile, that was ok.

Not sure how I missed this before but he doesn't have custody of his kids, their mother does.

Follow up time. Cliff Notes version, because if I go into details my head will explode. They met in Nov, got engaged at the airport, spent a couple of weeks together with her kids travelling and she has just bought a house in this country, moves here permanently in March with the kids, has said she has no intention of…

Sounds delicious. I have a lamb roast in the oven at the moment, delicious sweet little baa-lamb, mwahahaha.

Fantastic job! You look amazing, =)

I'm 5ft, my start weight in July was 204ish (sorry I normally think in kg!), current weight 165, first goal weight is 120, but I used to be 97 odd, so I'll see if I'm happy at 120 then maybe set a new goal. I'd rather be slightly curvy and toned than skinny. And after having five kids I'd really really like a tummy tuck…

Oh wow, I'm 152cm, =).

You go to "edit previous entries" under check-in, =). And welcome to the NZ group, =).

At this exact moment- Alex Clare, "treading water".

That's awesome! Well done!

Hey Lizzy, welcome! My (official) starting weight was 92kg too, now down to 75kg (as of this morning), hoping to get to 70kg by Christmas, goal is 55kg for now. How tall are you out of curiosity?

I hated my maiden name, it never felt "mine", f'd up childhood and such. My married name is a bit odd, and I always have to spell it out, but I love it, it's my children's and my husband's and came with a lovely family.

I've already added you Justine but if anyone else wants to add me feel free, I'm in Taranaki.

I live in New Zealand but I lived in Cairns and Melbourne growing up. Australia is a huge country and those two cities were very different. We also lived up in the Tablelands of Far North Queensland, that again was very different, even from Cairns which was a fairly short drive away. I'd go back there to visit, but I…

I am a sahm to five children aged 2y-11y. I worked til our second child was 2mths old out of financial necessity and then my husband's developing career made it too difficult. I've now been at home full time for almost 8 years I do resent my husband "escaping". He readily admits he has the easier side of the deal and he's…

I can't speak for the op of that quote but when my mother offered her FAT clothes to me I did find it insulting, because of the way she said it, and because she is quite a bit bigger than me.

I have a kanji for the word/action "to listen" on my shoulder blade, and a blue & yellow butterfly on my hip. I still love my kanji because it means so much, I was 16 when I got it, I was 18 when I got the butterfly and while I don't hate it it's not that important and has stretchmarks through it. The next ones I'm getting…

Oh I remembered another one- saw a friend from High School, she asked what I was up to these days, I explained I had still had toddlers at home so I'm at home with them, her reply "Oh but you were so smart at school, I thought for sure you'd be one of those scientists who cures cancer or something." Gees, thanks, yeah,…

Yes I get the "for having 5 kids" disclaimer too.

Do we have the same mother?! Last week she said to me, in front of a bunch of my parent-friends at my kids school production "oh you've cut and dyed your hair again. It was nice when it was longer and dark."

Hey, I'm in New Zealand, but moved back and forwards between Oz and NZ when I was little, (Cairns and Melbourne), I also have five children, (aged 2y-11y) add me if you like, =).

This ^. But... I do have to admit if it says someone has lost like 70lbs I will read their stuff a bit more thoroughly, even look at their profile to see if they had similar start/goals to my own, more as "yeah it's possible, they did it, I can do it too" type motivation than what they say is gospel.

Thanks neighbours for letting your visitors on Saturday night throw their cigarette butts over the fence into our yard where my children play. FFS you have young children too?! How angry would you be if we'd done the same? Disgusting.

Welcome! Feel free to add me if you like, and definitely come join the facebook page, lots of handy info and random conversations on there!

Meh, they'd discover I was a sarcastic ***** with a slightly sadistic sense of humour but if that affected a job interview I don't think I'd want that job anyway.

I have five as well, four daughters and one son. It's my 2yo and 4yo at the moment who are horrible, as you said, wandering off, hiding, not coming back when I call! I'm self-taught sewer (lack of finances as a teenager!), so I have no idea if I'm doing things right, I usually just alter or remake stuff though, far easier!…

I take a supplement because I'm not a huge fan of grains etc. I definitely notice when I haven't been taking it- anxious, tired, sugar cravings etc.
