Ok, so I have read that you lose a lot of magnesium when you sweat and I've read about conditions that could be the cause of magnesium deficiency. So how do you replenish magnesium? In powder? With tablets? Energy drinks? Anyone?

I take a supplement because I'm not a huge fan of grains etc. I definitely notice when I haven't been taking it- anxious, tired, sugar cravings etc.0

I take Phillips tablets to keep me regular & all those are is magnesium. I figured that out when I tried other things & was doubled over in pain. I finally read the label & thought... no wonder!0

Whenever I get bad muscle cramps in my calves while I'm sleeping, I take 500mg of magnesium for a week or so and it usually improves things immediately.0
