Go to your GP you sound depressed. Not going to lecture you cause in all honesty it doesn't work. If you want to give up, that's your choice, if you don't then good for you.

Yeah a few places are starting to do buddy packs now, especially in gyms and stuff. I think they are great ideas cause then you have a little bit more motivation to do some exercise :) and you get to help someone else out.

Keep it up bab! It can take a while for the body to get used to a new regime of weight loss i know i didn't lose anything really for a few weeks and then i lost 12 pounds one week! Then put some back on and now i've lost it again lol so it can be a bit disheartening at times. You haven't stated what calories you are…

Hey :) Christmas is always bad for everyone cause there is always nice food around so just try and stay focussed on your goal. I agree with NatalieDumetz that personal trainers are brilliant! I lost 6 stone with my last one and i only saw her once a week. However be very careful to check into them before hand. My friend is…

Yeah we definitely do need to change GPs ours are absolutely awful! The receptionists are rude and the doctors don't know what they are talking about if they can't type it into their computers. I went to one of them about my PCO a while back and she printed off a load of leaflets for me....i've had PCO for well over 3…

Think i'm going to have to cause i spent the whole of last night rolling around the sofa trying to get into a comfy position that didn't start hurting 5 minutes later. Even tried deep heat and cool heat rub but neither seemed to work. Luckily feeling bit better this morning but have barely any strength in my legs at all…

I've had depression since i was 12 years old and its never really got better or worse, and now i also have borderline personality disorder so i know how low you can get. Especially with motivation which i struggle a lot with. I'd recommend getting some help, it doesn't work for everyone but talking to someone can be…

I had the same problem. I was eating fine and exercising a lot and i put on all the weight i'd lost (6 stone in total!) i finally cracked and went to my GP turns out i had too much blood sugar and it was just storing as fat pretty much all the time. Now i'm on Metformin twice a day and i'm slowly making progress. It's a…

go to the doctor and get checked. my hubby suffered from back aches and pains for years finally dragged him to the gp and he has advanced degenerative disc disease in 3 places! and because he left it so long there isnt much they can do for him now. never risk your back, it might be nothing, or it might not

maybe talk to someone about it like family or a gp.or set yourself small goals. im having to do this atm cause im having trouble walking and eating so my small goal of the day was keep down a yogut and empty the dish washer. maybe have something like do at least 1 10min walk or something

Doesn't sound like avery good 'friend' to me. As real friends wouldn't say stuff like that. My grandad always goes on about me being fat and i hate him for it, cause hes a miserable old man who has mothing better to do

I spoke to my dietician about this before, she said if you are eating at least 3 meals a day and don't feel hungry then its fine. If you are drinking enough and getting the right nutrients just ignore people tbh. Go with what your body tells you. If you're hungry then eat, if not don't. I tried forcing myself to eat…
