I already see a dietician and the diet ive been put on has basically no fruit or veg apart from red onion, peppers and mushrooms. And bananas when i can get them. Im asking purely for the ANTI OXIDANT properties, i dont care about the weight loss side

have you tried mixing up your exercises? sounds silly but your body eventually gets used to certain exercises and they stop having the same affect. it might be worth trying something different. i do a lot of walking, so i mix it up with srength and yoga occassionally or swimming when i can afford it, or i walk up hill…

i kinda agree with lajuice7 on this one. most 'diets' on here seem to be starvation diets. which is great for quick weight loss of water weight, only trouble is it all comes back afterwards with interest fat. i did a bit of research when i did my nurse training and there is no confirmed medical research that says that…

I have really bad PCOS and i take Metformin twice a day to help with the sugar balance because otherwise i pass out a lot and its really annoying, its also good to get a blood test to check your insullin levels as if they are too high just store as fat. So far i've lost 30 pounds on my diet, and even my doctor was amazed…

My husband only eats once a day. Not because we dont have food he just doesnt get hungry often. He tried eating more often due to his medication needing to be taken with food, but he finds if he tries to eat anything before 1-2pm he just throws it back up, doctors arent worried about it, so nor are we. I think everyone is…

I did a elimination diet with a dietician and the don't foods were what i have trouble with. My body just can't tollerate them and i either get really sick and throw up, have dreadful upset stomachs, or pain so severe its put me in A&E a few times. Citrus fruits are the worst not only do they give me awful cramps and…

Heaviest = 306.6 lbs Lightest = 224 lbs (I'm 5 ft 9, so anything lower and i look ill, even though my BMI says i should be like 168 lbs. I'd look like a skelington. Used to be this weight when i was about 14-16 and was size 10 but looked thin and boney) Now = 280 lbs Goal = 224 lbs

I know a few people like that, i'm the other way round, i think i'm a lot bigger than i actually am. So i buy clothes sometimes 2 sizes too big and they look frumpy on me or swamp me. Don't get me wrong i'm like a size 20-22, but i sometimes buy size 24+ clothes. Our perception of ourselves is very odd sometimes
