:D Hi Loumoun! Welcome to MFP. As with anything exercise is hard to get started but as you work at it it will become easier! For me exercise is not the problem...I love food! So needless to say I have been pretty much stuck at the same weight for many years. Maybe we can motivate each other! Friend request sent!
