Running Comfort Question
I am currently training to run a 10k in May. My problem is that I have formed calluses on the outside of my big toes and when I run for any length of time (2+ miles) they rub and start to hurt. I have tried moleskin and have even doubled the layers with no luck. Will running socks help? Any suggestions would be greatly…

I go to the gym with my boyfriend first thing in the morning before work. We do heavy lifting for roughly 45 minutes. We do this in a cycle of 2 days on 1 day off. I have had minimal gains two weeks in a row. I have added strength training in the past week. So now my routine is 5 days with 40 + minutes of cardio and 4 days of 40 minutes weight training.
