Starting to get a bit frustrated.

I have had minimal gains two weeks in a row. I have added strength training in the past week. So now my routine is 5 days with 40 + minutes of cardio and 4 days of 40 minutes weight training. I have one cheat day a week but the rest of the days I stay within my calorie goals and try to eat back most of my exercise calories. I know the gains are probably from the weight training, muscle building and all but it is still frustrating to see the scale creeping up week after week.
Any advice??
