There are so many great things! I love the idea of this thread. 1. I haven't been at my current weight (about 135) since middle school. 2. I love trying new styles of clothing and seeing how they can surprise me. 3. New friends never believe I was fat without pictures. 4. I'm so so so so much more confident. 5. I've had…

I was never that...endowed, but I lost 60 pounds. I went from a 38D or DD to a 34B. All of a sudden I realized my bras fit terribly, and was refitted. I was surprised to see how much they shrank! It did take 7 months though, so it was a very slow process.

I've gone from 195 to 140! If anyone wants to add me I have pictures on my bio :) Or maybe you can see them without adding me, I'm not sure lol

Well, maybe we should both try to bump our calories and see if it works!
-
So how much weight should I expect to gain if I bump up my calories?
-
How much could I potentially gain back? I have prom in 4 1/2 weeks and don't want to gain too much and not fit my dress! So a resistance training program would be lifting weights, right? Should I still do cardio? If so, how many times per week?

Great! Thank you!!

Good job on your weight loss too! And I'm glad to know I'm not the only one out there with strange weight loss patterns :P

Thank you all for your advice! :) I have been doing some strength training, as well as cardio and a better diet. I also drink 2 liters of water a day. I've been trying to do weights about twice a week, but I might try to do a bit more. How many times a week do you all think would be best? Three or four? And focusing on…
