When my trousers split at work, and it wasn't a small split either!! Very terrible situation to be in. I weighed my self the next day and I'd put on weight, made an appointment to have my blood pressure taken and that was high. So that was when I joined MFP.

My cheat: Its always a Mars Bar every time, but did not have one for a few weeks, until tonight.

I'm new to all this but...... 1. it looks like your body could be in starvation mode, by what came to mind by looking at your food intake. 2. your not eating enough "Fresh" vegetables, salad, fruit. 3. Your eating too much processed foods. Also it's a shame that MFP does not give us more colums, so we could see your sugar…

I've only had this a few times happen to me, but I had a 1-2 meal replacement drinks. It helped me get through my busy working day, without getting tired. I would only use these meal replacements in an emergency and certainly not long term.
