I am really fat, I have been here for 7 weeks, I have lost 11Kg. I am a 32yo male and MFP gave me 1850Kcal per day as a goal. interesting comment on sleep... I perfectly understand the need of it for a good healthy lifestyle, but why do you say that it is important for weight loss? To have the right amount of energy and not end up binge eating? Or there is some more substantial scientific reason?

my horrible superstressful job, for the first 4/5 years I was in the office 6 or 7 days a week, sometimes from 9am until 3/4am in the following 5 years until now, I bounce around between different cities in Europe and Middle East at least 2/3 times a week with limited time home in London Hell
