I get bags of the chicken breast tenderloins and lasts me awhile. Also for snacking don't buy the already individual packs. Get the bigger sizes and separate into baggies yourself. Much cheaper they just charge you for the packaging.

I am 5'9 with a large built the lowest I've ever been in my adult life is 170 and didn't feel like I looked over weight at all but my goal weight is 150.
