It is only because I was away at the coast last week and did lots of walking rather than being sat at a desk!

From 1st July to 10th July I have done 68,255 steps. I wasn't wearing my FitBit Friday or Saturday as my wrist was hurting. I will try and update the spreadsheet later, my work computer won't let me do it.

Ok I have been off track for far too long now. I booked to go to Sorrento next May with the intention of loosing weight and getting fitter so that I can do all the wonderful sightseeing. Due to my being off track I now have two months less to achieve as much as possible before next May. My mini break to the coast last week…

Don't feel guilty, just listen to your body. The experts say sometimes you need to eat more to get back on track. As long as you don't go mad, and it sounds like your not :)

Hi Jenni, I might have to join this one, if only to see the pictures you post. I looooooveeee Italy, I have already been to Turin, Florence and Rome. This walking and using my FitBit, will hopefully help to get me ready in time for the real walking around Sorrento next May :)

You all amaze me at how much exercising you are all doing. I haven't done anything since 14th April. Even when I was I was only going to Aquafit twice a week. How do you do it all?

I ended up going over by 655 yesterday. I'm not feeling great at the moment so I want comfort food. But I am still going to record everything.

I am going to continue with this challenge, but I would now like to lose the 100lb in 14 months as that is when I am going to Sorrento :)

I didn't have the best weekend, but I did what I said I would and logged everything (albeit today not at the time). 600 calories over on Saturday and 1200 over yesterday. Hopefully back on track today. Although I could really eat a nice chunky kit kat right now. I need to be allergic to chocolate :/

Today's official weigh in, I've lost 4lb. That is the 3.25lb I regained plus another 0.75lb :) Start weight 315lb Current weight 295lb Total lost so far 20lb

Next goal is to use the gym in the gym and not just the pool. New trainers bought, MiBand bought, personal trainer appointment to set program booked for Saturday. Time to get moving!

You are doing amazingly well. Do you do any resistance training? It's better for weight loss than cardio as it keeps working for a few hours after you stop.
