Thanks! I couldn't believe there was no calcium registered on all the calcium rich items I ate I just downloaded 'Lose it' and found the interface non-user friendly and messy, so I uninstalled it. I'll give Cronometer a go, but if it doesn't have a library of branded products, I'll struggle.

I'll try eating 30% back, because I'm so sedentary the rest of the time, and see what happens 😊

Hi I do enter my weight on the treadmill, but it states I've burned much much more than MFP. I fast walk on no 7-8 incline at a constant speed of 6 mph or kph - It doesn't state which, and I need to ask which unit of measurement the machines run on. I do 30 mins non stop, then move onto other equipment. I'm OCD about…

There is absolutely nothing that is close to toning tables or chairs in either of the two lists. They work you pretty hard as long as you put the resistance in. I use 8 different chairs and tables that concentrate on different parts of the body. You program them either beginner, intermediate, or advanced, then choose level…

Thanks. I'm doing my best with disabilities and a heart condition. I managed to do cardio today at the gym, which is unnerving for the first time, as I have to watch my heart rate. I was fine though, so that's encouraging. I know my limits and will go carefully. I've dropped my daily calories down to 1250 now, and I'll see…

Thank you ❤ My OCD is minor really. I don't get stressed over logging, but like to know it's spot on. I'm aware that done incompletely, that's where you can go wrong with weight loss. Like just, I had 2 x boiled sweets, at 20 cals each, and had to log it before I forgot 😊 Every little treat adds up 😉

Thank you for your detailed reply ❤ I'm going to stick to 1250-1300 till my weigh in on Tues, and see what happens. I'll also change the batteries on my food scales. I've already changed the battery on my personal ones. I hope this isn't a medical problem, as I'm OCD about logging every single thing, and correctly. I even…

I'm perimenopausal, no periods for 4 years now, so I can safely dismiss water retention in that area, but what you've said about water through exercise makes sense.
-
Sorry, but what do you mean by 'doubling down'?
-
Yes I often see errors in foods and have to research to check, then add in correct values. I'll change the battery on my scales and see - How I pray that's all it is 😁
-
Exercising 400 cals a day won't be possible due to my disabilities, sadly.
-
Anyone please? ☺

Hi I'm 5ft 5ins. I currently weigh 12 stones & 2 lbs. I'll upload a couple of random dinners..
-
Should I raise my intakes, or lower them? Anything to jolt my metabolism out of this!
-
Thank you. I am ok now though, not stressed or anxious etc. I have heart issues (not life threatening) and my focus is to lose weight and exercise, which I'm actually enjoying. I do weigh all my foods religiously, and I'm OCD about logging correctly 😁 I honestly don't know what else to do...

Yes, without fail 😊

Hi Thank you for the yummy recipes :-) I do have an Actifry, but I'm embarrassed to say I have only cooked a few 'dry' things in it. I don't understand how to cook any meals cooked with added liquids, because to me, the liquid will flow out of the central hole in the pan! Can you advise please, as I'd love to do more with…

I now weigh 182.5lbs (UK size 16-18) and want to get back to how I used to be = 126lbs (UK size 10-12) I want to lose 1.5 - 2lb a week.
-
I am obese!
-
Thanks :-) I just adjusted my weight loss on here to 2lbs a week, and MFP said I would need to consume 800 cals per day - I would be dead on just that amount a day! This does not tally at all with working out your TDEE and removing 30% for the 2lb a week loss :-0 I'll stick with my 1150 - 1200 cals per day and see how I…
-
Doh! MFP is this site! Sorry, I've been using calcs with different abbreviations and I've lost the plot!
-
Thanks :-) Google is giving me odd results for 'MFP' - Can anyone pass on a good site please?

Just two lines, yet no one actually read your question before replying....

Oh so I may of lost naff all in the way of fat, boo hoo. Mind you, the meds I currently take do give me water retention in my legs / ankles, so, I may hold onto any water, and a bit of fat may have shifted. The following weeks will tell! Thanks ladies :-)

Oh my...The new tic tacs are amazing aren't they? Only 2 cals each, but like you, I can quickly demolish the whole little pot
-
I sometimes allow myself half a large roll of Love Hearts too, and can make those last if I suck em (sad or what!)
-
 I used to eat those when I dieted some years ago. Did they change the fizzy stuff? It didn't seem as eyewatering as it used to be...
-
Yikes, I can't eat just one or two jaffa cakes - they are like Pringles to me  I was thinking more of sweets; the type that are suckable and last a while rather than something you just chomp on quickly (I'm laughing here; I know what I mean!)
