  • Thanks everybody. I was able to google it and get an average. I saw that people burned from a range of 128 to 1,088 calories so I went with the very average 400 caloreis lol. Zumba, I did log as Dancing ... I plan on eventually getting a HRM, but for now, this will work :) Thanks again

  • Actually red dye in anything can cause lots of things like migraines and ADHD in kids. Lots of ways to modify your diet to prevent migraines, if you can afford to.
  • I agree! There has been suspicion that processed foods are a BIG contributor! I just can't afford to eat natural foods lol. That's the main problem with eating "healthy" ... they make the healthy foods so dang expensive!
