If its only a couple a day. I personally would not worry about it. You could probably burn off the calories of a stick of gum walking down the hall at work. lol

I do an egg beaters shake. 6oz of egg beaters, 5-6 strawberries, 1 low carb 80 calorie strawberry and banana yogurt with some ice in a blender. Supper yummy and delicious and cheap
