What's a good way to configure your daily carb/protein/fat goals? I'm trying to start this off the right way.

I did say THINKS she needs to lose.

You're 5' 2", 120 lbs., and you think you need to lose? I just read your profile and you say you want to look like a model. Oh, honey, models are NOT healthy! You have a very unrealistic goal and idea of how you should look.

I used to use one of those HRM that is a watch....now I use a Polar FT4 with a chest strap....much more accurate.

Yes, it certainly can! UGH! Just one more thing that sabotages our efforts. No matter how I try to let go of stress, I just can't seem to do it. Finances, youngest son in his senior year so dealing with all the stuff that goes along with that and getting ready/applying for college (plus thinking about having an empty nest…

You just have to be REALLY careful with the "fat free" stuff....sometimes they have more calories and sugars than "normal" stuff, ditto for the low carb stuff. Fat Free is not necessarily all good for you. Check calories and sugars on all that stuff. The I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is NOT "no calories" if you use more…

Once you start logging, you'll have a better idea of the nutrition of the things you eat. One thing, though....you stated you had 1 CUP of dry pasta. Just my 2 cents.....if you really had 1 cup of dry pasta....that is like 3x the recommended serving size. 1/2 cup of cooked pasta is the recommended serving. Just trying to…

Have you tried emailing the company? info@saxbyscoffee.com

Check the sugar content on ALL Sara Lee Breads....and I've found most Sara Lee has high fructose corn syrup. A better alternatice is Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread...50 calories per slice, and it's full size bread, not the little lite type slices.

Who makes eggnog tea? I love the flavor of eggnog!

Is it the Laci LeBeau Super Dieter's Tea? I think they all probably have Senna in them....I'm not home so I'm not sure what the Yogi Tea has in it....I do know that the Laci LeBeau teas made me cramp more.

I have IBS and my doctor has me take Miralax (which is similar to Benefiber)...I usually buy the store brand because it' not real cheap. It helps...I notice a big difference when I don't take it. Coffee usually makes me "go" if I drink it first thing in the a.m. Also, if I'm REALLY "backed up"...I'll drink a cup of herbal…

The only problem with adding salsa to the eggs is it makes them waterier and they come out really wet....

My gym is right next to a Mexican restaurant.....sigh.....

I use a Polar FT4 (I think), and it is great and not near as pricey as a BodyBugg

There are NO exercises that will make your breasts stay firm after weight loss....they aren't muscle....sorry.

Those are all just estimates. To get a correct count of what YOU are burning, you must use a heart rate monitor.

We have a refrigerator at work so I usually bring enough in for the week on Monday for breakfast, lunch and snacks. I keep salad, fat free lunch meat, cheese, sandwich thins, homemade soup in the fridge, and nuts, Fiber One 90 cal bars, Pringles Stix (90 cal), popcorn and fruit at my desk since I never know what I might be…

Take a small cooler, like an Igloo Playmate, to school with you so you always have healty choices. Making your breakfast and lunch the night before is also wise.

I have IBS which causes all of the above. My dr. had me start taking Miralax (which is a fiber powder) 2x a day a couple years ago. It really, really helps! There are now several other types of this powder...Ducolax, even Walgreens, Wal-Mart and Kroger have store brands. It's tasteless and dissolves well. You might try it.…

800 calories is NEVER good! She's 19 years old...can you imagine what her BMR is???? Even sedentary (and she states she works out TWO hours 3-4 times a week), her body needs at least 1200 calories just to function properly.

I agree with everyone else that you are not near eating enough. And also in looking at your food diary, you are BARELY eating any protein...that is not good. And unless you are not tracking all your food, most days you are WELL under 800 calories. Not healthy.
