I tend to do more chicken, fish, and turkey but I still do red meat and have success. I do watch the % lean on ground beef but bacon is a must once in a while...lol.

Hi Drea. I got in with the same amount to lose as yourself. I have about five and half pounds left and it is slowly happening for me. I really enjoy the mfp tool and am looking for some friends to encourage and be encouraged by. I will send you a request.

I dont have a great recipe for you as I am still figuring out what to eat and what not to but I just wanted to say way to go on the 50 pounds you have lost. Great job! I love the Godsgotit name as well. Blessings to you and pass along that recipe if you get one. :happy:

On mine it keeps track of everything I eat each day and the next day I can search for a new food or check one that i have already had and change the amounts. I have a long list under each meal. Hope this helps!
