Thank you :). Starting out, I never thought I would not only lose weight but keep it off too .. Kicking all the bad food habits has been hard but worth it, can now do plenty of sport again!

I've lost 124lb and can safely say that it was around 70lbs lost that people noticed a real difference. It varies from person to person. My advice would be do not look at yourself weekly and hope for a change. Look every 3 month and see if you see a difference, if not, no worries, keep in the green and keep going and one…

I guess there is a number of things for me. Instead of stuffed crust or deep pan pizza I now have thin crust pizza. Instead of Baked beans I have Kidney beans. Instead of sugar based cereals I have porridge. Replace chips with salad! Just little things like that!

If you will be on your feet all day and walking for a bit I would put it at lightly active. If you work out on top of this more than an hour 3 days a week, go to moderate!
