I just added your stats into Scooby's Workshop calculator and I came up with: Moderate exercise (3-5 hrs) - TDEE 2223 calories, -15% 1889 calories Strenuous exercise (5-6 hrs) - TDEE 2474 calories, -15% 2103 calories I believe that you should add 100 calories per day for the next week and then bump up your calories again…

Thank you for all of your updates! Have you checked your measurements throughout the process? I'm curious about the whole EMTWL movement and I love that you're making gains in strength in your workouts. I'd like to eat more and maintain the same weight, as long as I'm losing inches...

Last night was my rest day for lifting but I had our 2nd outside ball practice - season starts in 2.5 weeks! It was good to get together with the team and do some drills...looking forward to lifting tonight though. I may move up on my squats and OHP...will see how it feels.

There are many more people here that are much more well-versed in this then I am but I'll put in my 2 cents...How many days a week are you running in addition to SL? I'm currently trying to lose weight on a slight deficit and am eating 1575 calories/day (not eating exercise calories back) while lifting weights 3 days per week (StrongLifts) and walking 5 days a week for 30 min. I'm currently losing 0.5-1 lbs/week. I'm 5'4.5" and 149.5 lbs currently.
