I always go over my sugar. I think almost everyone does. As long as it's natural sugar, it's not a big deal. Fruits have lots of sugar.

I lost 30 pounds in 4 months. It's absoutely possible. Stay dedicated. Eat right and get the exercise in and you should have no problem :)

The calories were always way off for me when entering my exercises into MFP. So, I got a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) just to have more accuracy.

I LOVE Silk Coconut milk. I tried the almond and it was disgusting!! I even tried vanilla and it was just as gross. So, I was glad when I found coconut milk!

32 ounces of water with a lemon slice, banana on my way to work and chobani yogurt when I got to work :)

MFP can be off by aot or a little when you log your exercise in. That is why I always tell people to buy a HRM with a cheststrap for a more accurate reading. YAY you're here!!! SO excited!! Another team challenged us to 50 mountain climbers yesterday as a bonus. Still not sure if that means we get bonus points for doing them. For those that couldn't do the burpees because of bad knees, the alternative was to do 100 toe touches.

I didn't want to go to the gym today but I forced myself. 30 minutes on the bike along with my walk during my lunch break = awesome! Under calories and water has been drank :)
