I just had the Weight Watchers Smart Ones Breakfast Wraps today. They are so good and you get two per serving. The sodium is only 560!!

you know what is just as good and less calories? a toasted sandwhich thin, microwaved egg whites and a 2% cheese slice....we make these all the time! Can't beat weight watchers for convenience though.

I added some fresh blueberries to my breakfast, add some fresh fruit you cannot go wrong with that!
  • If one of the boxes comes with two items, it's usually two servings and not just one. Just an FYI.

Since I have the time to cook (I stay home with my kids) I really like:

    1 whole
    1/4 cup eggwhites
    1/4 red onion
    1/4 green pepper
    1 slice 2% cheese
    1 silce deli ham

Makes a great ommlet under 200 cals and its filling !
