  • Your slider says 14lbs lost!!!! You've already proven you can do it. i gained over december, I think everyone who wasn't sick gained over december. Today is another day. Start again. :)
  • I didn't do day 5 yesterday either. Was so tired after the gym and other stuff. But today I did day 6 of level 1 and i did level 2 also to make up for yesterday. From now on if i miss a day i'll just do it twice the next day and count it as continuous, I want to be finished by the end of Jan!
  • Well I did some so I'm not counting it as a rest day :) I feel soo much better today tho. Did the whole thing and kept up the walking, no run but I'll be at the gym in the morning. Think I do quite well with the whole exercise thing.... just a shame I cant put the damn biscuits down!
