Hi all! Happy Tuesday!! I had a good day yesterday. I stayed right at my calories for the day and did Jillian's 30 Day Shred Level 2. Even though it got cold here and all I wanted to do was curl up in bed. I plan to hit the elliptical after work or do another video...maybe Bob's BL Boot Camp. Hope everyone has a rockin day!

Good morning everyone! I've done fairly well this week. A few slip-ups with eating bad, but I worked out Sun-Wed doing various things. I did the Boot Camp Level 2 again last night and it kicked my butt, in a good way of course. I'm hoping to keep it up over the weekend! Wish me luck!!

Thanks to reading this post yesterday, I went down to the gym and got on the elliptical for the first time in months...probably before summer! Don't feel too bad....I did the same thing today, only I ate fried chicken fingers and fried okra!! I feel so yuck and mad at myself. Truffles are soooo good. It's like a soft, sweet, ball of chocolate, so soft it starts to melt in your fingers. I ended up having two this afternoon....just to try them out ya know :wink: I put them in my desk so I can have a piece here and there when I can't resist the chocolate craving.

I try to have a good snack at work before I leave around 4 or 4:30. This usually holds me over until dinner around 7:30 or 8.
