10 minute trainers from beach body. I used them when I started and also have bad knees. FYI I also did P90X they have some modified routines that work fairly well. I ended up also using knee wraps.

I do the P90X. What I found is on Kempo days I use Aerobics General with the number of minutes. For the muscle building days and Plyometrics I use Aerobics 10-12 steps about 55 minutes. I use a Heart rate monitor and track the total calories burned there then enter it through those as close. Not exact but under by 20-30…

Nice. I have been considering getting some new jeans and shirts but I want to see how my body reacts to what I'm doing now before I do anything. I got rid of all my old clothes back in January after 4 months and 30 pounds. Now its been another 20 pounds so think I might wait a little bit.

I agree I love the carbonation as well. If you have no issues with it and are still losing weight while drinking it great. I had issues that I would directly point to the aspertain in the drinks. Ok I found this out the hard way. Diet Coke contains aspertain (spell check that). I was down to about 213 for a long time. Was also drinking Diet Coke reguarly.
