its time for me to buy new clothes again:)

all of my size 16 's and size large shirts are way to big even my size 15/17 juniors. so tomorrow at a local church I get to get free clothes in my new size. this is very encouraging for someone who this time last year weighed 220 pounds. am now 175 pounds and a size medium on top and a 14 on the bottom:smile:

Nice. I have been considering getting some new jeans and shirts but I want to see how my body reacts to what I'm doing now before I do anything. I got rid of all my old clothes back in January after 4 months and 30 pounds. Now its been another 20 pounds so think I might wait a little bit.

this one is a free clothing give away so I get some for stand byes. then when I reach my goal weight i am 30 pounds away from then I will buy me a full fledged wardrobe. I defintely can see where your coming from. would do the same thing.

Congrats on needing the smaller sizes! Baggy clothes are such great encouragement!
  • Congrats, GracefulDance! I actually love wearing my old baggy clothing - they remind me of the weight that's gone. But I guess to look presentable, some new pants might be nice! ;)

thanks. my clothes are so baggy they practicially fall off me. I kinda can't wear pants that will fall off in public even with a belt
