I'm due feb 21, 2016 with #2, so i'm about 7 weeks. Gained 1 lb. I didn't lose all the weight from my first preg so definitely not wanting to gain as much this time around. But i've been crazy hungry all day everyday & I just want to sleep! Can't wait for the second tri to get some energy back

I'd definitely be up for a continuation of this challenge! Weighing in during the holidays will force me to face the (ugly) truth about how much I'm eating and will hopefully keep me in check. it looks like i'll still have around 10 lbs to go after the end of this challenge, so i'll need the motivation!

Just checking in... I lost 1/2 a pound over the past 2 weeks (grrr), but I'm just glad I didn't GAIN over vacation! I think I'm doing pretty well at making this a lifestyle change, not just some temporary diet. Hope everyone has a great weekend and good weigh in!!

This weekend challenge is a great idea. I don't know what it is about the weekends, but there always seems to be something going on that lets me make "excuses" for letting loose. And yes, it's true, every once in awhile (like my bday, anniversary) is ok to indulge but not every weekend! Let's do this!!

I don't know about the science behind it, but I tried this myself and did not have good results. I felt light-headed, weak, and nauseous. I would not recommend exercising before eating anything in the morning. Maybe eat something small, wait 30 min to 1 hour and then exercise?

I think it has more to do w/individual metabolism and body fat content (well really muscle mass since muscle requires more calories than fat).
