if i ever feel those cravings coming on, i'll drink a large glass of water and then brush my teeth. :) brushing my teeth seems to help with triggering my mind into thinking i'm done eating & it's time for bed.

I have a friend who did slim in 6 and she swears by it. She didn't have much to lose, though, just focused on toning. Have you heard of the 30 day shred? If not, check it out. Has great reviews. I'm on day 2 and it's quite the workout for only 25-ish mins!

I work out about 4-5 times during the week; M-F. I usually do 30 mins cardio (either elliptical high/low incline intervals, or high/low incline and speed intervals on the treadmill) and then 15-20 mins weight lifting.
