  • This makes so much sence to me, the first time lost my weight i barely ate, only coz i wasnt around the food and i didnt feel i needed it, it fell off i only started exercising wen i became a normal size n was taught by my ex how to eat right n workout... also really overweight people always lose looads the first few weeks…

  • interesting, unfortunately im far from new to exercise...been pole dancing for gettin on 3 years, i was on my unis cheer squad and been a gym rat/fitness dvd user for 8 years. not sure i could lose all that progress in the time it took to have one baby haha...but im not ruling it out. i shall keep trying anyway i missed…

  • Well im expecting this to happen closer to the goal but ive only just started :s its very annoying for me as ive been heavier then i am now by alot, and lost it all without even thinking about it and maintained for about 5 years i got to lower then my goal. and now im actually trying its jst not happening for me haha sods…
  • yeh i think that might be my downfall its just a strange concept to get my head around ive always thought burn more cals then you consume is a sure fired way to shift weight, seems its more give your body the cals it needs to workout.... and my workouts are pretty varied, i mean pole dancing is something you continually…
  • it is slightly nerve wracking to do that tho in my head its like if i go over ill gain...that being said im under pretty much all the time and its not exactly doing me an favors haha ill give it ago.
  • Thanks everyone, n i know bout the 1-2 lb a week thing just was really excited by the 8lbs went to my head a little. n ive given my self a year to chip away at it its such a lot to lose i wasnt expecting a stand still quite so fast. anyway thanks again ill keep all suggestions in mind
  • Thanks for the support and tips. there is no way im giving up coz i know i can do it. and im soooo grr about it i want to workout harder haha wich is a good thing. tbh my water intake is rubbish so ill deffo work on that. it was just more frustrating as i dont get why, i have a logical brain so i need to know the science…
  • thanks everyone. im from a chubby family so have been fighting my genes for years and doing it well n now i gotta start from scratch haha love him to bits but i knew this would happen so have started working my *kitten* off officially 7 weeks pp im 8 now :) good luck to everyone too! xx
  • thanks alot, well ill be making it tonight as its defrosted and i cant bare to waste food hah, ill avoid the skin and not buy it infuture, if the OH wants bbq chicken he can add his own sauce. =P
