walking is my main exercise, but i do add strength training, other forms of aerobics, & yoga, but i think walkings the best. so far i'v elost 22 lbs.

I'm in my 4th year of college, getting my bachelors degree - major, in Criminal Justice, & minor in psychology. I'll be a senior in January. i take 12 credits a semester. no dirty details, guess i'm to old. lol.

i try to stick to MFP recommendations, i've lost 22 lbs, but i do exercise 5 days a week also. i think that makes alot of difference, at least for me. But this site has helped me so much1 love it.

i bought a 32 oz. water bottle that i fill up at night & put in the fridge, i take it everywhere w/ me. One bottle is half of my daily water needs. Just refill it when it gets empty. It has a cool handle i can hold onto when i go for my walks, & only cost me $5.oo

I go to Mount Marty college, I like it because of the small class sizes & flexible schedule.

I used to lift heavy weights , but stopped because my arms & shoulders starting looking like a mans. so now i use 8 ib weights, goal is for high reps & no more than 10 lb weights. plus i'm already really strong, so its all good, i just won't use heavy weights anymore , i want to define, not build more muscle.
