Thanks very much for that, it was very useful. Yesterday I had a banana for breakfast and a huge salmon stir fry for tea but without rice or noodles and felt full. Then went and truely ruined it when I went to book group and the coffee table was full of treats! At least I managed to refuse the wine. I ended up having…

Thanks cici, will have a look at the other thread later. Need to tidy the sitting room before the school run, although why I'm doing that when they'll just mess it up again I don't know :D

Not sure if you are in the UK, if you are the details for buggyfit are here http://www.buggyfit.co.uk/. Amanda, how old is your baby? Could it just be a growth spurt? Could your boobs just feel less full because your body had now learnt how much milk to produce? Have you read "What affects the amount of calories and fat in…

The programme was really thought provoking and seems to have many people. Do you follow Dr Mosley on twitter?

I'm happy to add anyone on here :)

Did you manage to have a look at the information on kellymom Caitie?

If you have a look on www.kellymom.com the is some good, evidence based information on being and weight loss. Agree with the others, more than a pound a week isn't recommended. Don't forget the old saying, it takes 9 months to go on so 9 months to come off. Don't worry and enjoy your baby.

Hi I've started the 5:2 this week, found my second day really hard but thinking of my Hairy Dieters Korma sand eating today kept me going. What made you choose ADF, did you see the horizon programme?
-
You can add me if you want too, I've recently joined and am in the UK.
-
I'm new too and in the Uk but am, er slightly older. You can add me though.

Feel free to add me too. I am a Mum of 2 in the Uk and have recently started the 5:2 after seeing it on the tv.

I'm new too, today is my first day of fasting and it seems to be going ok so far. I watched the Horizon programme too. Does the 5:2 give the same benefits as ADF and do I have to fast for two days together or can I separate them?
