  • forgetting my water..bad week emotionally.. i did finally get my yoga in today and wondered why i don't do it more often..it felt good! Forgot to weigh in this am...it looked heavier when i did get on after breakfast and a jug of coffee. i signed up for FitOrbit as I am not able to get my mindset back in this thing. :(
  • I need to add yoga or flexibility..i keep meaning to, but......yea, it gets pushed aside. Will work on the water before meals. I drink it all day long so that is easy to forget. Have a good week!

  • Just saw this today... did 25 push ups and 100 crunches. I burned approx 1500 cals last week and will shoot for 2000 this week. Will try to add on the weekly physical challenges.

  • Logging, put in a short walk/run on the treadmill to combat a very stressful and demanding workday. Please hope this weeks gets better quickly! Calories and water are aok in my book. Didn't get my crunches in but going to log off and get my butt on the floor now!!!! Later!

  • Okay.. I've been hitting my Combat daily except Saturday- took an early rest day, but all other days minimum of 45 minutes. I've been tired and off my game this week. When we should be finishing up I've been struggling. Please forgive me. I'm holding steady, but I feel bad that I didn't finish as strongly as I wanted.
