These keep me accountable and even though I didn't lose what I wanted I am sure I would have been up had I not been part of the challenge as crazy as things are at work right now.

Hi everyone! I just sent a message on my board, but it won't reach everyone if you are not on my friends list so I am posting it here as well. Pam and Joanne's father has had a stroke. Please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time. Because of this, they will not be doing this next challenge. I have spoken with Bokatok. Her and I are willing to start a new group so we can continue the challenge and meet our health goals. I don't have the details yet but will keep everyone posted.
