I started making these almond flour muffins: http://www.elanaspantry.com/ratio-rally-quick-breads/ They're about 211 cals per muffin, 9g protein, 8g carbs, 16g fat (the good kind). I pair them with greek yogurt and berries. It's pretty filling until lunch (about 5 hours from bfast).

I crossfit 3x/week and run 2x a week. One of the running days will also have an extra lift day either for w/e is not sore :)

I have no evidence, but I cannot trust stevia. I gave stevia several chances and I also really don't like the taste. Rather just have regular sugar, honey, or maple syrup or nothing at all.

I did the carb-free thing a few years ago quickly dropped amount of weight. I couldn't last restricting out that much and some of the weight quickly came back. I also was pretty weak and felt bad the entire time. I found that calorie counting while maximizing healthy options worked best for me.

I personally don't like the sprays. I use a silicone brush to spread little bit of peanut or coconut oil on a non-stick pan.

I also created my own exercise named "Crossfit WoD" and post what it is in comments. I guesstimated each WOD to be 200-250 cals, and 300-350 for hero wods.

I went from 1/4c half and half, 3 tbsp of sugar, 1 pump of chocolate (no joke) to nothing. Not even stevia.

Saturate it with coconut oil, wear a showecap or wrap with saran wrap and leave in for an hour. Short air does not look good on me. :frown:
