I WOD 3x/week and run about 4 mi (or elliptical) 2x/week. I noticed I'm getting really fast during the WoDs, but I'm not that strong and usually have to scale everything to level 1 or 2, however I'm not particularly looking to be strong. I'm satisfied with my level. Max weights are slowly increasing so I assume I'm gaining…

I'd go topless on the burger...toss out the top half of the bun  My biggest replacement would be balsamic/pepper/lemon juice blend in place of Honey mustard dressing for salads.

I have a lot in common with you! I ate at a deficit and exercised out until I reached measurements of 32-25-33. I'm guesstimating my bodyfat to be around 21.5% (averaged Military, Covert Baily, and Fat2Fit radio calculators). Five workout days/week with at least 4 days lifting; otherwise sedentary life. My favorite salad is similar to a Waldorf salad: - Salad greens tossed with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice blend (sometimes walnut/olive oil) - 1/4 c sliced grapes or sliced apple - 4 oz chicken (I usually bake a bunch and refridgerate) - 0.5 -1 oz goat cheese - sliced celery stick - TBS walnut pieces

You've accepted his bad eating habits, and probably other aspects of his lifestyle, and he needs to accept YOUR life choices…

Run/cardio days are in the morning at about 730-8 am. Crossfit days are 1230 (11 on sat) since it's the least busy. I work at home and have no kids, so my schedule can revolve around working out lol.

I just have coffee plain or with milk and little sugar about an hour before a morning run. I run for about 3-4 miles though. I feel better that way than eating breakfast before cardio.

I haven't tried it and I do not plan too. Too many artificial ingredients... Have you tried adding lemon juice and/or truvia, instead? More natural, nearly zero cal, and probably cheaper in the long run.

Ha! I was about to post about this. I am starting to feel the impact of winter this year. I am finding it harder to eat salads for lunch in colder weather, but I'm learning how to make healthy soups.
