Yes!! I go by measurements and body fat %. I'd always have to be careful on the cut of the dress and pants rise.

White rice...especially in sushi. I'd rather not have brown rice or cucumber sushi :sick: Usually order 1-2 rolls with a sashimi plate to split with my husband.

Yea!! I appreciate that there are a lot of articles and opinions on both ends of the spectrum regarding crossfit. I think with any form of exercise, people should be aware of the risks. Ultimately, it's up to them if they want to try it or pass after considering pros and cons. No biggie. :bigsmile:

I really enjoy crossfit and I've seen favorable results. So yea...I'm sticking with it! :) I was reluctant at first for getting hurt, but that faded away after talking with the coach. I do intervals. 1. Fast as I can on moderate resistance. 2. Normal mode 3. Highest resistance I can 4. Repeat. It's not my favorite workout but I do them for variety.
