I love cycling, and squats. Atm running is my least favourite but I'm hopping to start running regularly in a month or some once I've lost some more weight and generally got fitter. I've also got some kettle bells being delivered on Wednesday so hopefully I'll enjoy using those too!

If you feel hungry after a work out try just drinking a couple of glasses of water. It will fill you up in no time or have a piece of fruit.

When I booked a girls holiday for next year. One reason I don't want to use the gym until I've lost some weight. I'd definitely feel to self conscious working out with how much I weight at the moment. So laps of my garden and running up and down the stairs each day will have to do for now :)
