I started with a size 30 and I am down a size 16 now. It took time and a lot off effort and exercise, but if you do it slow and in a healthy way you can do it. Just remember that the weight did not creep up over night and it won't come off over night. But eventually it will! Good luck and remember to eat something healthy

I only have mine for about a week and it really works for me. Tracking my sleep is really interesting and seeing actually how much (or less) i move during the day, makes me go that little bit further. Overall i am really happy with it.

I do a kettlebell class twice a week and use different weights and try to use some heavier weights from month to month. Works for me :-)
