Looking for motivational friends

Started about 6 weeks ago. Lost about 10 pounds but struggling to stay motivated with my exercise. Just started to add friends (none yet) and use message board. Just looking for every avenue to reach goal. Like to lose 30 pounds and walk (maybe even jog) a 5k by summer.

Hi and welcome. Feel free to add me, the more the merrier!! I'm starting week 4 of C25K or Couch to 5k and I highly recommend it. Even if you have to repeat weeks, it gets you moving. I've never enjoyed running, but I've found myself looking forward to my running nights.0
