  • Oh wow! Never seen this brand before! Pretty cool...
  • Oh, one more thing.. you can shop tops by size.
  • Let me know what you think! :)
  • They are just awful.. I can't imagine any variation that I could possibly enjoy. Especially after having a baby.. they make me want to pee. Ugh!

  • Definitely go to venus swimwear online. They do a lot of tops in cup sizes. Excellent bathing suits. Just ordered two new ones myself .. and, they carry tankinis.
  • Good to know others experience the loose skin feel and that this is a normal thing as it's been really discouraging.
  • So, patience is the key. Sounds like 2ish months before some see results. At NicoleAshley - when you say second round.. do you mean you completed the full program and then you started again? That's GREAT progress with the loss of pounds and BF%. Nice!
  • You have larger breasts which contribute to the weight factor.. ;) You might be very petite in the lower half? I'm large busted too - 36DD ..there's a lot of weight in our chests!
  • Oh and should add that I'm currently a size 8 and looking forward to being in a size 4/5 again.

  • I get the same exact way... one rest day turns into two, etc. I started a routine just last week and honestly, I just slammed all 4 of my workout days together. I'm doing the same thing this week. I alternate muscle groups so it's not too much on the body (I hope). Seems to be ok so far but like I mentioned, only on my…
  • Yes! Just started last week.. so, I will be doing my 5th workout today. I am NOT doing the diet - just eating healthy, nutritional food and eating plenty of protein. I LOVE it so far!
  • I am brand new to lifting and decided to try out Jamie Eason's LiveFit as a guideline. What I did was print out each exercise per week of her program. Then I went and googled images of each exercise. I actually printed off pics and typed notes. So now when I'm in the gym, I do carry a "cheat sheet" with me and a pencil. I…
  • Well, a lot of water to me is 64 oz per day. I'm just not a big fan of water. I force myself to drink it and consider it to be a lot because I know it's important and healthy for my bod.
  • Thanks AmyRhubarb. That's what I have read and seen when looking at "before and after" photos of women who lift heavy. Lean, strong, and fit. The gym guy - he really doesn't look like he knows what he's talking about either. Visually, he's not the epitome of someone physcially fit. So, what he says is questionable. Sigh..
  • Thanks for your replies. So, is there a way to decrease the puffyness? I drink a lot of water but should I increase the intake? Also, once I have been at this heavy lifting for awhile, will that go away? I feel like the Pillsbury Dough woman and my pants are tight. Not hot.
